We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistants Manager to lead our care team of Senior HCA's and HCA's.

As a key member of our management team, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care (ADL's) to all residents at our 145 bed facility in Kilcock.

The HCA Manager will direct and oversee the duties of Senior HCA's and HCAs, ensuring that all care provided is in line care plans and delivered at the highest possible standard.

Collaboration with Senior Nurses, Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing is essential in this role to manage :

-ADL's

-HCA staff rosters

-HCA induction & training

-Audits

-Resident mobility and physical ability

-Resident wellbeing & safety

-Record keeping

-Care planning

-Quality Improvement

The candidate will hold a qualification in care of the elderly and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €19.00-€21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kilcock, CO. Kildare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Healthcare Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

Level 5 in healthcare support (required)
Management Qualification (required)
