As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals who require assistance with their activities of daily living such as personal care, meal prep, medication prompts.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITEIS

To complete the Activities of Daily Living tasks outlined in the Client Care Plan
To work at all times within the Policies and Procedures of Affinity Plus Home Support LTD
To communicate regularly with Office Staff
To complete documentation such as Client Activity Logs
To participate in Staff Training and Supervision checks as required
To comply with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.00-€16.25 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
