The Initially the main component for this role will be to conduct AON Speech and Language assessments, Autism assessments and intervention.
This role offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of €70,000 plus performance and loyalty bonuses. The roles are based in Dublin and the surrounding areas, with a 35-hour work week and hybrid working.

Role Requirements
- Recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy. In Ireland, this can typically be a bachelor's degree (BSc) or a master's degree (MSc) from an accredited university.
- Professional Registration with CORU.
- Minimum 3-year post qualification experience of working with children with disabilities/developmental delay and their families.
- Previous experience conducting AON and Autism assessments.
- Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
- Desired: Experience in various intervention therapies.
Experience with Specific Tools and Assessments:
- ADOS & Speech and Language: For specific roles, such as those involving the Assessment of Need process, SLTs will require additional experience with diagnostic tools like the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments on children.
- Implement personalised intervention plans with families.
- Provide consistent and high-quality therapy and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client support
